FOOD
Israeli cuisine consists of local dishes from the native people of Israel and dishes brought to Israel by Diaspora Jews. Since before the creation of the State of Israel in 1948, and especially since the late 1970s, Israeli-Jewish fusion cuisine has been developing.
One of the first things you discover when you arrive in Tel Aviv is that you can eat delicious hummus almost anywhere.
Aspiring national dish, each restaurant offers its own version of this popular chickpea cream served with bread, olive oil and vegetables on top. In Jewish restaurants, in addition, a boiled egg is usually included in the dish.
SABICH:
One of the most delicious and curiously unknown street foods outside of Israel (at least in Spain).
It is a pita bread that is filled with fried aubergine and hard-boiled egg accompanied – according to each one's recipe – with tahini, hummus, salad, potato...
ISRAELI SALAD:
JACHNUN:
A dish made with an elongated and rolled wheat dough that is baked for many hours and accompanied by a hard-boiled egg and tomato sauce.

TRADICTIONS
- Judaism has several different sects:There are three main branches within Judaism: Reform, Conservative, and Orthodox Jews. In addition to these, there are also other smaller denominations of Judaism and each one has its own unique customs and practices. All of them follow what they understand and interpret as the real and authentic version of Judaism. The bases of their belief are the same, since they all share the same origin.

- The Sabbath is the Jewish holy day:Just as Sunday is the holy day of Christianity, Friday is the holy day of Islam, and the Sabbath is the holy day of the Jewish faith. The Sabbath begins on Friday at sundown and continues until sundown the next day. It is a day for rest and prayer services, and includes lighting candles, eating dinner and drinking wine, as well as saying goodbye to the Sabbath.
- The Torah is the holy book of Judaism: The Torah usually refers to the first five books of the 24 books of the Tanakh and includes the laws that Moses received from God. Both the Bible and the Koran share a lot of similarities with the Torah.
- The Bar Mitzvah is the rite of passage to adult life: The Bar Mitzvah (for boys) and the Bat Mitzvah (for girls) is an important tradition in Judaism. In the Talmud the age at which a boy or girl becomes responsible for their actions as a man or a woman is mentioned and highlighted. Before the Bar Mitzvah, the responsibility for the actions of the boy or girl rests with the parents. The Bar/Bat Mitzvah also makes the boy or girl fit to participate in public acts of religious worship and respect the commandments in a more serious way.
- Hanukkah is the Jewish holiday known as the festival of lights:Hanukkah celebrates the rededication of the second temple in Jerusalem and lasts for eight days, in which each night a candle is lit in a special menorah.Gifts are also given and food is eaten, which has led to comparisons with Christmas, although different things are celebrated. The date of Hanukkah is different every year, but always on the 25th day of the month, according to the Hebrew month of Kislev

In addition to creating an Israeli style, Israel's musicians have made significant contributions to classical, jazz, pop, rock, and other genres.
Why we should visit it And My opinion personal
If you are thinking of going to Israel and discovering all the beauty that this country can give you, here are some recommendations that can help you. Keep in mind:
- What is the best time to travel to Israel?Although as in many destinations it could be said that any time is good for a trip to Israel, taking into account the weather and especially the places you want to visit, it is important to consider certain considerations. High season (July and August): Mid season (October and November and March to May): In our experience, this is the best time since the weather is mild, there are not so many people (except for Easter) and it is still a perfect time to get to know Tiberias. , Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and the Dead Sea.Low season (December to February): Despite the fact that in some areas of the country the weather is cold, there are not many people and also the prices are usually quite tight, except for the key dates of Christmas and New Year's
- Security
- Country entry requirements
- Vaccines and travel insurance
- Money exchange:
Israel is a country that I want to visit, I have people I know who have been to that place and say that it is the most beautiful place they have seen in the whole world. I want to go with my family but the money you have to have is enough. I want to be inside the Jordan Sea to see the kilometers of the most touristic cities in the world. Israel, despite the fact that it has had political and economic conflicts with different countries, is the least inhabited of religious cultures since it only has three religions that are Christianity, Jewish and Islamic or also known as Muslim. I have always thought of doing a tour throughout Europe and Asia. If food is the richest since it is based on typical dishes from other places with their Jewish touch, they eat many dry and green things. For me, their culture has always been the same since they were in Egypt as slaves until today. The tourist place that I want to be is in Belen, it seems to me such a special place. One of the funniest dances is the Hora, it was performed accompanied by the clapping of the hands and the music in an ascending rhythm.
